With over 65 different nationalities working for us, you’ll need a good working knowledge of English, a work permit (if required) and the ability to fit in to a great team, offering an efficient, friendly service. It’s a brilliant way to meet new people and although it can be hard work, you’ll have fun in your team and we organise monthly parties where you meet other great Caffè Nero people too.
We’ll even give you full training – so don’t worry if you have no experience – so you can take advantage of the many career opportunities that we offer. Over 60% of our Managers started out as Baristas, after all.
