Caffè Nero is rapidly growing, currently we have over 400 stores in the UK and have expanded into the Middle East and Turkey. We are currently opening new stores every year, providing exciting
career opportunities for our team members.
We believe in the principle that our Baristas can become a great Store Manager because
they understand the Nero culture and know how to make a great coffee. Over 60% of
our current Store Managers started out as Baristas.
It also goes further, over two thirds of our Area Managers were once Store Managers, and
some of our Store Managers have even become Regional Managers.
Baristas and Store Managers have also joined our Head Office team (based in the
lovely Neal Street, Covent Garden), in various departments from Finance, Training, Maintenance
and Operational support.
