Customer experience surveys

If you are keen to provide us with more in-depth feedback you can fill in our monthly customer experience survey. The survey will ask you how you felt about all sorts of things from our coffee quality to the café’s atmosphere. The surveys are individual to each café, so to take part you’ll need to pick up a card when you next visit us, if you can’t spot it just ask a barista for help. 

You can fill in the survey just once or fill it in every month – it is completely up to you – but the good news is as well as helping us improve your experience you’ll also be entered into a prize draw each month to win complimentary coffee for one whole year!







Nero Fans Customer Panel

For the people who are as passionate about coffee as we are you can also become a member of our Nero Fans customer panel. Our online community of fans know us really well and act as a sounding board for our ideas and provide really insightful feedback. The panel also lets our special fans have a voice within Nero and a way of helping shape and share our business with us.
To say thanks for being so helpful and spending their precious time talking to us we try to offer them cool and interesting things to say thanks every now and again too. Find out more
