Many of you take the time to tell us how you feel about Caffè Nero, which we love. As a member of our customer panel you can share your thoughts with us on all sorts of things - the taste of our coffee, new product ideas, the music we play and our atmosphere. As well as getting to know you a little better (and picking your brains!), it means we can do our best to make your visits more enjoyable too.
