What is the Caffè Nero online customer panel?

It is an online member panel that customers can join to tell us what they think and feel about Caffè Nero. We will ask panel members to complete short surveys (around four in a year) to help us understand more about them so we can make their visits more enjoyable if we can. In time we hope to grow our online customer panel and include more interactive elements so we can chat even more with our customers.

Who can join the panel?

Anyone currently living in the UK who is a Caffè Nero customer can join the panel.

How do I become a panel member?

Join Now Once you have filled in some questions, just click ‘Submit’ to become a member of the panel.

How often will I receive surveys?

There will be around four surveys in a year.

What will the information I provide be used for?

It will be used by Caffè Nero to try and improve your experience. The information you provide will not be given to any third parties.

I want to refer a friend

We would love it if you recommend the panel to a friend. They can visit the website directly and should just click on 'Register' to join.

Can more than one person use the same email address?

No, unfortunately your email address and your password are unique to you. Anyone within the UK can join the panel but they must have their own email address.

Will my computer be able to access the surveys?

Yes all computers will be able to access the survey. It may be more difficult to access the survey via some handheld devices like Blackberries so we would recommend that you try to complete the surveys using a computer. If you have problems please contact us.

Do I need to log in and out of the online panel?

Some parts of the panel website can only be viewed by members when they are logged in. If you visit us from the email we send you, you are automatically logged into the panel and you only need to remember to log out. If you go to the panel via the website then you will need to log in and out.

Do I need my password to log in?

If you visit us from the email we send you then no. But if you visit us directly at the website then yes, you will need your password to log in.

I cannot find the email with my password

Don’t worry if you can’t find the first email which includes your password. On the customer panel page under the ‘Log In For Exisiting Members’ you can click on ‘Forgotten Your Password’ and we will automatically email your password to you.

Can I change my password?

Yes. If you want to update your password so it is easier to remember please visit ‘Your Details’ when you are logged in and simply update them.

I have not received the email with my password

First please check the junk/spam folder in your email account. If you are still unable to locate the email, please Contact Us

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password please go to ‘Log In For Existing Members’, on the right hand side, you can click on ‘Forgotten Your Password’. We will then automatically email you with your password.

I want to change my personal details

You can change your personal details at any time, just log in to the panel and go to ‘Your Details’.

I cannot log into the Caffè Nero panel

If you cannot log into the panel then please try visiting us via the link in the email we sent you. If this doesn't work try refreshing the website pages and if still no luck then please contact us directly.

I want to unsubscribe

You can stop taking part in our surveys whenever you want to. At the bottom of each email we send you is an unsubscribe button, by clicking on this you will unsubscribe to receiving all emails from Caffè Nero. If you would like to still receive emails from us but no longer wish to take part in the panel please contact us directly.

Will I get spam as a result of signing up?

No, you should not receive any spam emails and we will not give your data to any third parties. Occasionally you may receive emails from us about nice things. If you do not wish to receive any emails from us you can unsubscribe at anytime.

What happens to my data if I stop taking part in the panel?

Your data stays safe with us. If you want your data to be destroyed at any point, please just contact us.

I am going on holiday; do I need to let you know?

No, don’t worry about letting us know unless you are leaving for more than three months. Each survey will be on the website for three months so you should have time to complete it.
