Many of you have told us that our baristas are special and you would like them to be recognised for excellent service. We thought the best way to do this was with our customers’ help, and that is exactly what ‘Nero Stars’ is all about. It’s a wonderful way for you to personally choose who you think deserves to be appreciated for making you feel good when you visit.

Registration for ‘Nero Stars’ is now closed and a big thank you for taking part – your actions and feedback over the coming months will make a difference to our star baristas who provide great service day in and day out.

If you would like to take part next time, we have times in the year when you can get involved and we’ll let you know when on our website and in our stores.
