These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the purchase by you of products from Caffè Nero Group Ltd via the website located at www.Caffènero.com (the "Site"). PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND REVIEW THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE. 

We reserve the right to periodically change these Terms & Conditions of Sale. 

Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail to that effect. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you an email of acceptance. 

We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Mastercard, and Switch cards. All card transactions are carried out on the PayPoint.net secure server.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Delivery and packing charges are as quoted.

All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this Site without incurring any obligations to you but will honour any orders that we have accepted in accordance with the paragraph headed "Order Placing and Acceptance".

We will endeavour to fulfil your order and deliver the goods to you within ten working days of the placing of your order.

We will however not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract with you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will notify you if such an event occurs.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened - unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied. 

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of a breach of this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. 

Nothing in these terms and conditions of sale limits in any way our liability:

(a) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

(b) damage to your personal property;

(c) under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; 

(d) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

(e) for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

We are not liable for any indirect losses you suffer including but not limited to:

(a) loss of income or revenue;

(b) loss of business;

(c) loss of profits or contracts;

(d) loss of anticipated savings; or

(e) loss of data.
