Great news! We’ve now joined forces with BT Openzone, one of the UK’s largest wireless
broadband (Wi-Fi) service providers, to offer you Wi-Fi in our stores across the UK.
New to Wi-Fi and BT Openzone?
If you have a Wi-Fi-enabled laptop or other device, you can connect to the internet at fast,
broadband speed while enjoying over your favourite Caffè Nero coffee.
All you need to do is buy BT Openzone time. There’s a range of vouchers and subscriptions to choose
from. You can plan ahead and buy beforehand, or wait until you arrive at one of our stores.

Do you have a Surf and Sip prepaid account?
As we roll out the BT Openzone service across our stores, you’ll no longer be able to use your
Surf and Sip account in the UK at Caffè Nero. We anticipate the handover being completed
early February 2008.
If you have a prepaid* account, you should have received an email with details of how to
change to BT Openzone. Any queries about the handover in service and how your account is
affected can be emailed to openzone.billing@bt.com. Alternatively, you can phone the BT Openzone Help Desk on 0870 240 5745**.
You’ll need to provide your Surf and Sip account number and full contact details.
