Coffee from Colombia is known for its incredible range of flavour profiles, shaped by something called terroir, the natural environment where the coffee is grown. This includes everything from climate and altitude to soil type, all of which work together to influence how the coffee develops.
Things like warm days, cool nights, rainfall, and nutrient-rich soils all affect how the coffee cherries ripen, ultimately shaping the taste in your cup.
For our Colombian coffee, we’ve chosen beans grown in the Andes, in the Antioquia region. This high-altitude landscape helps create a beautifully smooth, well-balanced coffee with plenty of flavour, without losing its easy-drinking character.
