You loved it last year, so we brought it back.

Crafted with the same carefully selected coffees, it brings together exceptional beans from Brazil, El Salvador and Kenya to create a coffee that’s made for winter.

Working directly with our coffee farming partners, we tasted many samples and created dozens of versions before landing on the perfect combination for the winter season.

The result is a beautifully balanced coffee with notes of winter berries, zesty orange and dark chocolate.

An exquisite blend? We think so.

Brazil
From Fazenda Pinhal in the hills of Sul de Minas, this naturally processed coffee brings notes of roasted hazelnut, caramel and chocolate, balanced by a bright, smooth acidity.

Grown at high altitude and sun-dried to perfection, it gives the Winter Blend its depth and body. The Gabarra family, now in its sixth generation, also powers the farm with renewable energy and a deep respect for the land.

El Salvador
Grown at La Esperanza Farm near El Boquerón National Park, this exceptional shade-grown coffee is produced from classic Bourbon and Pacas varietals.

Volcanic soil, careful handpicking and a combination of washed and natural processing create a coffee with natural sweetness, rounded body and honeyed tones, bringing warmth and balance to our Winter Blend.
Kenya
From Kenya’s Central Highlands around Kiambu, this Kenya AA coffee is known for its vibrant blackcurrant flavours and crisp, balanced acidity.

Only the ripest cherries are handpicked before being fully washed for clarity and lift, adding a bright, distinctive character to our Winter Blend.

Creating The Perfect Blend

Blending is all about bringing together coffees from different places to create a balance of flavours and aromas that you wouldn’t find in any one coffee alone.

Sometimes a blend is created for a particular brewing method or to pair with certain foods. And sometimes, like our Winter Blend, it’s created to capture the feeling of a season.

Winter is one of our favourite times to blend coffee. The festive season is full of familiar flavours, aromas and memories, so creating a coffee that reflects that feeling is a particularly joyful part of what we do.
