Our buns are crafted by a Danish family bakery with a long-standing heritage in slow dough and thoughtful detail. Baking since the 1950s and bringing traditional techniques into modern production.
We started with the dough. Slow-fermented and hand twisted, it gave us the texture we were looking for - soft with a crispy outer edge and oh so satisfying.
Each swirl is hand-twisted, then layered with a sweet cinnamon butter that melts into the dough as it bakes, giving every bite a warming sweetness.
Each batch is carefully checked, with buns sampled and baked every ten minutes to ensure the quality stays where it should.
